I'll bring kettlebells, dumbbells, barbells, bands, bolsters, sliders, and if you're interested, I'll even bring my 5'x3' trampoline! Indoors or out, living room or garage, I'm committed to making every training session healing, effective and fun. Feel powerful and confident in your movement again through a strategic progression program built for your body's priorities as revealed through a functional movement analysis and applicable muscle testing. Develop the strength and awareness to move well and eliminate struggle in your daily life. Experience a mindful re-framing of exercise in a whole new way with coaching that explains the *how* of mind-muscle connection, posture, breath and joint mechanics. The goal is to move with control, lift, push and pull as heavy as is safe to force adaptation, build resilience, and live our highest quality lives. To consistently do the challenging work needed to feel and see lasting results, we'll also strategize lifestyle shifts to support the work. Implementing practices for sleep hygiene, stress management, nutrition, supplements, meal prep, gut health healing, hormone optimizing, recovery, priority scheduling and anything else that comes up in your life needing considered on your journey to your best self.
