I'd say "no sweat" but... I'm bringing bands, kettlebells, dumbells, barbells, a split squat roller bar and even a 5'x3' collapsible rebounder if that sounds fun to you. We'll do the work in the space you have, inside or out!​

Providing a service that makes a lasting positive impact on your physical, mental and emotional health is my promise and my goal is to make the work fun as possible.

Navigating lifestyle changes can be overwhelming and deciding where to start can feel impossible. I get to know who + what matters to you, your health and injury history, goals, needs, strengths, stressors, struggles and symptoms. Together, we create a step-by-step plan for integrating manageable lifestyle improvements to your weekly routine in a way that makes sense for you. Breath work, sleep hygiene, nutrition improvements, supplements, hormone balancing, stress management and self-healing are only some of the areas I'll help you create effective and sustainable practices.

If you don't feel ready to make a commitment to training, that's ok! I offer in-home services for pain management and pelvic floor health focusing on optimizing your biomechanics by treating the root cause of your symptoms and asymmetries.

If you're looking for a strength program built for longevity that goes way beneath the surface, neurocognitive training is for you. Based on a functional movement screen, you'll be guided through a personalized progressive overload resistance program with form and breath awareness at the core of everything we do. â€‹â€‹â€‹
